I had a pleasant stay overall, with some highlights being the spacious and clean rooms and the excellent breakfast options. However, I did experience some issues with customer service and the check-in process. The facilities, especially the pool, made for a fun visit for my family, but there were some minor cleanliness issues in the common areas that detracted from the experience.
